We are ISO 9001 certified and routinely go through comprehensive external and internal audits to ensure that our quality systems are fully compliant and working well.  Additionally, Systel adheres to the best practices of the AS9100 aerospace quality management system.

The quality demands of our customers flow down to our vendors and subcontractors.  We strictly monitor our suppliers through Vendor Audits, Corrective Actions, Scorecards, Non-Conforming Product reviews, and Root Cause Analysis of all issues.  To ensure our systems contain the highest quality components, Systel uses only new and approved parts from authorized distributors and has a robust counterfeit detection program in place.

All of our rugged computer systems go through multiple quality checks throughout the design, assembly, and testing processes including Final Assembly Inspections with a cross-functional team to verify reliability down to the last screw.
