Shock and Vibration Testing

Our core business is selling rugged customized computing solutions into the harshest environments on the planet.  It is imperative that every system that leaves our dock is perfect, allowing for immediate field deployment if necessary.

We rigorously test our computers to ensure 100% reliability in the field.  A critical part of that testing is for harsh environment shock and vibration considerations.  Our in-house capabilities ensure that our systems meet and pass key shock and vibration specifications including MIL-STD-810G (Shock and Vibration), MIL-STD-167-1A (Shipboard Equipment Vibration), and DO-160 (Avionics Hardware).  We conduct Environmental Stress Screenings to weed out premature failures, and we routinely test to custom customer profiles.

All shock and vibration testing is done in-house on our electrodynamic shaker table using either a vertical head expander or horizontal slip table in all 3 axes (X, Y, and Z).  We design custom mounted fixtures so that they are perfectly tailored for each customer test profile.

Whether it’s for ground vehicles, shipboard or subsea environments, or airborne applications, we test and certify our systems in-house to make ensure perfect performance in the field.
