To ensure the quality of Systel’s products before purchasing, we environmental tested (MIL-STD-810) Systel’s 4U rack mount computers in their transit case and the computers passed with flying colors.     What is your process for new customer engagements?

    Our process begins when you first engage with us. Our Sales and Product teams will work with you to understand your CONOPs and requirements. We can offer a configurable COTS solution or propose a new concept design for your review. We partner with industry leaders like Intel and NVIDIA and can bring them into the conversation as needed for deeper discussions on your specific mission technology requirements. We will submit a formal quote for your consideration and if you choose to work with us, we’ll kick off a new project with a project team assigned for the initial prototype system(s) design, build, test and validation, and delivery. We can conduct design reviews with your team as requested and will keep in close contact throughout the project. We offer comprehensive configuration and obsolescence management for the lifetime of your program as well as robust customer technical support. Our aim is to be your technology partner.

    What warranty do you provide on your products?

    We offer a standard 3-year warranty on all products. We can provide a custom warranty for any product to meet project/program requirements; please contact our Sales team for more information. Complete warranty information can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    What ruggedization/environmental specifications are your products rated for?

    We design to meet MIL-SPEC rugged standards for all of our rugged products, including MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-1275E, MIL-STD-704F, MIL-S-901D, MIL-DTL-901E, and DO-160G. Our rackmount servers are typically rated from -10C to +55C operating temperature (product and configuration dependent) and our embedded computers are typically rated from -40C to +55C and higher, up to +75C (product and configuration dependent). We can provide test reports and data upon request; please contact our Sales team for more information.

    Can you perform environmental testing at your facility?

    We can conduct shock, vibration, and temperature testing with our in-house test equipment. We can also provide conformal coating and EMI pre-compliance testing at our facility. For additional environmental testing, we work closely with a number of local and national certified test agencies.

    Where are your products made?

    All of our products are built in our manufacturing facility in Sugar Land, TX. We are proud to offer American-made solutions to our customers.
