Returns to Systel can be processed more quickly and reliably if the entire system is returned and not just individual components.
TERMS
(1) Please complete the information on this form to expedite your request. An RMA # will be assigned via fax within one business day after receiving the request.
(2) Individual components must make reference to the system serial number. Individual components are subject to Systel verification before acceptance.
(3) All returns require a valid RMA #. Please mark outside of shipping box with RMA # and include a copy RMA document received by fax.
(4) RMA #s are valid for 15 days after the date of issue.
(5) All invalid RMA returns or returns with out-of-date RMA #s will be rejected and returned to shipper.
